Late on a Sunday night I discovered a leak in my bathroom. I called Johnny Doan Plumbing, set up an appointment and a plumber was there at 8:00am the following morning. I couldn’t get better service than that.

This plumbing company works with The Home Depot group and was excellent. Kyle was assigned to our job and was very respectful, thorough, and answered any questions I had. As someone who doesn’t do home repair, Kyle explained what I needed to do in terms I could understand and ensure I was ready to do any follow-up that was needed. Even having to drive to Winter Haven from Seffner, he was punctual, let me know when he started and then when 15 min away which helped me plan the day better. My new kitchen look and functions great. We were told by another company it would cost over $10k to fix what was being reported as a “major plumbing issue.” Plumbing Services PNW came in and diagnosed the issue as being less extensive and fixed it for wayyyy less $$$. We’ve used Plumbing Services PNW for many years for our plumbing needs. We recently had a leak in our bathroom that wasn’t obvious so we had them come out. They had us contact a leak detection company who came out and located the leak under the slab behind the toilet. Cody came out and moved the toilet, dug up tile and concrete and after awhile found the source in a very tight spot. He worked hard and repaired everything. It was not a simple fix but he kept going till it was repaired properly. I highly recommend them, quick service and flat rate prices which I really liked.

Let me first say this isn’t the first time I’ve used them. They responded and installed my water heater quickly. The two guys that came out were extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a very fair price. I was actually quoted double by another plumber for the exact same job. Plumbing Services PNW will not take advantage of their customers. They also offer 10% off to first responders which shows they care about the community they serve. I will not use any other plumber other than Plumbing Services PNW. Thanks guys!

"The most professional plumber that I have dealt with"
My water heater wasn’t producing enough hot water. I was considering getting a tankless electrical water heater.
They came out and examined my heater. He determined that it had been installed incorrectly. I thought I needed a new heater but I didn’t. It was a very simple fix and he saved me a lot of headache and money. This is the most professional plumber that I have dealt with and I highly recommend this company.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Home Depot and they subcontracted to Plumbing Services PNW and they did such a good job with the plumbing work that we called them back to provide a quote on several plumbing projects around our 1979 built house. When the guy came out to review the work to be performed, he was very professional and quickly provided a fair estimate on the same day. The guys that came out to do the work called ahead to let us know they were coming and they were both professional and courteous. The work they performed was high quality and showed their high level of knowledge in plumbing. I have to call out Tucker, Austin, and Cody for the great work they did for us. I would highly recommend Plumbing Services PNW.

"Hands down the best plumber in town"
I’ve had problems as long as I’ve lived in this house – I’ve made calls no less than 3 times this year for backups with my plumbing and it turns out a tree root took out my plumbing and the guys from Plumbing Services PNW were finally able to find the problem and resolve it. I’ve had 3 other plumbers out here for this same problem – and none of them were able to fix it properly, so every other month, when I flushed the toilet, it would back up – and never knew why it kept happening. Glad to know there are pros that know what they are doing – hands down the best plumber in town.
